Orlando Hometown Concessions at Orlando International Airport
Greater Orlando Aviation Authority (GOAA)
| “There’s no doubt that GOAA enabled all three of us to reach our dreams beyond what we thought possible in our first days together. We have a true appreciation for all of GOAA’s support through
the years. When we look back and think about the childhood we were able to give our kids, the jobs that we’ve been able to create for others’ families, we are profoundly grateful; indeed, we are blessed - and we give God the glory. ” |

These partners often sit around a small conference table to discuss the challenges that come with operating concessions in a world-class airport. These meetings sometimes result in an impromptu joining of hands in prayer, sometimes for guidance, but most often in thanks.
The partners of Orlando Hometown Concessions have over 80 years of experience operating restaurants and hospitality venues, with more than 25 of those spent at Orlando
International
Airport. And it’s a great partnership for all parties involved. Studies show that the partnership’s airport concessions rank as some of the most successful in Central Florida – often generating
revenues that far surpass budgeted income targets.
But the partners’ dedication to the airport was best demonstrated during the unprecedented
decline in airport travel following the bankruptcy of four major airlines, the destructive 2004 hurricanes and our nation’s tragedy of September 11, 2001. Despite the huge decline in passenger counts and overall air travel, the partners of Orlando Hometown Concessions continued to meet all
of their financial commitments to the airport.
What’s more, these partners are currently re-investing in their operations at OIA, voluntarily and
at their own cost to ensure that their operations continue to provide first-class customer service
and high-quality facilities, while reflecting an ongoing commitment to hospitality excellence. Be sure
to visit their current locations at Orlando International Airport on Airsides Two and Three.
